1) Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UluEnhance.com and related products/services offered by Ulu Colab (Pty) Ltd (“Ulu Enhance”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in South Africa.

2) Acceptance & eligibility

By accessing the site, purchasing, or downloading any digital content, you agree to these Terms and represent that you are 18+ (or have parental/guardian consent). If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3) What we sell (scope of services)

We provide digital products and programs for parents and families (e.g., “Digital Detox Formula” and bonus guides), plus any future coaching, courses, or memberships (collectively, “Services” or “Products”).

We strive for accurate descriptions but do not guarantee that any content, pricing, or availability is error-free.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Products at any time.

4) Prices, currency, taxes

Prices are generally shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

At checkout, your Paystack payment page will display the actual charge currency (often ZAR for South African merchants) and the amount you’ll be charged. Your bank/card may apply FX rates or fees.

Prices exclude any applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.

5) Payments & billing descriptor

Payments are processed securely by Paystack and/or other listed processors.

You authorize us (and our processors) to charge your card or chosen method for the total displayed at checkout.

The billing descriptor may appear as “ULUENHANCE”, “ULU COLAB (PTY) LTD”, or similar.

5.1 Subscriptions (if offered in future)

If you opt into a recurring plan:

You will be billed automatically at the stated interval until you cancel.

You can cancel any time before the next renewal (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).

Promotional trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

6) Delivery (digital goods)

Digital products are delivered instantly via download link and/or to your email after successful payment.

If you do not receive access within 1 hour, check spam/junk and then contact support. We’ll re-send access at no charge.

7) License to use digital content

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the digital content for your own household only.
You may not share, resell, re-publish, distribute, or make the content publicly available without our written consent.

8) Health/medical, financial & results disclaimers

Our Products are for educational purposes only and are not medical, psychological, legal, tax, or financial advice. Results vary by individual; we make no guarantees of specific outcomes. Always consult an appropriate professional where needed.

9) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the site for unlawful purposes;

Interfere with site security or functionality;

Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or data-mine the site or content;

Upload malware or harmful code;

Infringe IP or privacy rights.

10) Intellectual property

All site/content (text, graphics, logos, downloads, videos, PDFs) are owned by Ulu Colab (Pty) Ltd or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Takedowns: If you believe material infringes your rights, email [email protected] with details and proof of ownership.

11) User content (e.g., testimonials, comments)

If you submit feedback, testimonials, reviews, or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and product improvement, consistent with POPIA.

12) Third-party tools & links

We may link to third-party sites or use third-party tools (e.g., Paystack). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

13) Refunds, cancellations & chargebacks

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it before purchasing.

You agree to contact us first to resolve billing issues before filing a chargeback.

Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions will be investigated with the processor/bank.

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ulu Colab (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the site or Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 90 days preceding the claim.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ulu Colab (Pty) Ltd, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims or demands arising from your misuse of the site/content, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

16) Compliance with South African law

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA). We process personal information in line with POPIA and our Privacy Policy.

17) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

18) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa. Before litigation, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith via email within 10 business days.
