Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident when you purchase from UluEnhance.com. This policy explains when and how refunds/cancellations apply, what to do if you don’t receive access, and how we handle billing errors or unauthorized charges. It is designed to meet Paystack review standards and applicable South African consumer law (CPA/ECTA).

1) What’s covered

This policy covers:

Digital products (e.g., Digital Detox Formula and bonus guides)

Future subscriptions or memberships (if/when offered)

2) Digital products – 7-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase on our core digital products (including the $7 Digital Detox Formula), provided that you request the refund within that window.

Your full name, order email, order ID/receipt, and purchase date

Brief reason (optional but helps us improve)

Timeframe: Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank/processor timelines vary). We will email you once processed.

Note: If you bought a bundled package or higher-ticket program, the same 7-day window applies unless the sales page explicitly states a different guarantee (if so, that guarantee controls and will be honored).

3) Access issues & failed downloads

Didn’t receive your download link within 1 hour of purchase?

Check spam/junk, promotions, and your card statement email.

If still missing, email [email protected]. We’ll re-send access at no charge.
If we cannot deliver access after reasonable attempts, you’re eligible for a full refund.

4) Duplicate charges / accidental repeat orders

If you were charged twice for the same product, email us and we’ll refund the duplicate promptly.

5) Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions

If you notice a charge you didn’t authorize:

Contact your bank immediately to secure your account.

Email [email protected] with the date, amount, and last 4 digits of the card used (do not email full card numbers).
We’ll investigate with Paystack and, if confirmed unauthorized, issue a full refund.

6) Chargebacks (please contact us first)

We’re happy to resolve billing problems quickly. Initiating a bank chargeback without contacting us can delay resolution. Please email us first—most issues are solved within 2–3 business days.

7) Subscriptions & cancellations (if offered)

You can cancel any time before the next renewal from your account page (if available) or by emailing support.

Cancelling stops future renewals.

Unless otherwise stated on the sales page, subscription fees already charged are non-refundable, but we will not bill you again after cancellation.

If a subscription includes a stated guarantee period, we will honor that guarantee when you request within the window.

8) Returns for physical goods (if we introduce them)

If we later sell physical products, we’ll publish a shipping & returns addendum (return window, condition, RMA steps, and who pays return shipping). Digital-only purchases are not physically returnable.

9) Currency conversions & fees

If your bank settles in a different currency, your final amount may vary based on exchange rates and your bank’s fees. We refund in the original charged currency; FX differences are handled by your bank.

10) Exceptions required by law

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the CPA or ECTA. Where applicable consumer laws require a longer or different remedy, we will comply.
